The included liners make cleanup easy and reduce the chances of side pinning. Monotub plugs are used during the colonization stage, while filters are used during the fruiting stage. The monotub filters allow gas exchange, which induces pinning and mushroom formation. The monotub has ten holes, and the amount of gas exchange can be adjusted depending on the mushroom’s growth stage.
The Boomer Shroomer inflatable monotub serves as a fruiting chamber for mushroom growing. Its clever design optimizes fruit yield by providing an appropriate microclimate and air/gas exchange. It is the simplest monotub to set up, as it only requires inflating. Unlike other methods, there is no need to make holes or spray paint it. Please do not move the tub once it’s filled with substrate and mycelium begins to colonize.
It’s advisable to purchase these tubs well before your planned growth period. Occasionally, you might find that a tub doesn’t inflate properly due to a leak. Should this happen, we are ready to quickly replace the tub for you; just get in touch with us.
