Uses:
- A-frame Stacking: Arrange Shiitake logs in an A-shaped structure. The logs are stacked at an angle, leaning against each other to form an inverted “V” shape, resembling the letter “A.” This setup allows for optimal air circulation and light exposure, which is beneficial for mushroom growth.
- Crib Stacking: Stack logs horizontally in layers, with each layer being perpendicular to the one below it, creating a stable, box-like structure. This method can be done in one or two layers, making it suitable for different space and growth requirements.
