How to Use:
Clean the mold using isopropyl alcohol or soapy warm water.
Populate the mold with approximately 870g of a sawdust and bran mixture, 800g of hemp hurd, or your own growth medium.
Cover it with cling foil and secure it with some holes for ventilation.
Place in a warm area to facilitate growth.
